Srimathi K Swamy is the Vice President and Head of USPO, TPD, and TSO at Infosys BPM. A founding member of Infosys BPM, she has been with the Infosys Group for over 30 years.
Previously, she served as the Technology Head for Infosys’ largest telecom client, pioneering secure network integration of voice and data platforms. At Infosys BPM, she established the Global Technology Infrastructure team and played a key role in onboarding early clients and integrating multiple acquisitions. Notably, she led the rapid transition of BPM operations to a remote model within 20 days during COVID-19, ensuring business continuity and superior customer experience.
Srimathi has been recognized by UBS for Datacenter Innovation and honored with the Pillar of IBPM Award. She is a passionate consultant, providing professional counseling and mentorship to employees, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
She holds an Electronics Engineering degree from BMS College of Engineering and has completed the Advanced Strategic Program Management at IIM Calcutta. She has also completed several leadership programs, including Strategic Leadership 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0 from Stanford Business School, the Disruptive Strategy Program from Harvard Business School, and AI Applications for Growth from Northwestern Kellogg University.
