Vijay Narsapur

Vijay is the SVP & Business Head of the Customer Experience Integrated Unit (CEIU) at Infosys BPM Ltd. In this role, Vijay serves as the general manager overseeing all aspects of CEIU, including sales, solutions, operations, and other support functions. His leadership spans 100+ customers globally and a workforce of 11000+ employees. Before this role, Vijay held several leadership roles within Infosys BPO – the most recent being the Practice Head for Customer Service, Human Resources Operations, and Digital Business Services Practice.

Vijay started his management career as a consultant with a Big Four firm in the US before co-founding a BPM company in 2000. After a successful exit from his company in 2004, he relocated to India and has since played several roles of senior responsibility in the industry, both within Infosys BPM and outside. His experience spans sales, solutioning, operations, and transformation. Prior to stepping into management, Vijay worked as an engineer with an Indian manufacturing major.

Vijay is deeply interested in politics, economics, religion, history and science. By training, Vijay is an engineer-MBA from IIT-Bombay and IIM-Lucknow, respectively. Vijay is passionate about business in general and sees his role as one of developing various components in the business ecosystem, be they people, processes, technology, or conversations, in order to drive equitable benefits for all.
