Who we are
Infosys BPM Australia Centre established its operations in Parramatta, Sydney in June 2015. Today, we host close to 150 talented professionals, who are living the Infosys values and delivering a world class service to their clients in an excellent and conducive environment.
The Centre hosts the Shared Services for key departments of several Government entities and delivers Finance and Accounting, Tax administration and HR related services. We also provide Contact Centre services to clients at both state and Federal level. The teams manage extremely complex financial transactions and work in close collaboration with their clients, including working out of their offices during critical periods or for high visibility projects. We successfully supported clients through major Machinery of Government Changes. The team manages challenging and complex assets and closes the books running into billions of dollars. On the HR side, Infosys is responsible for ensuring that complex Awards and entitlements are processed in a timely and accurate manner to ensure employees are paid right and on time.
We also focus on providing services to non-government organizations integrating end-to-end business process management and delivering transformational benefits to our clients through reduced costs, ongoing productivity improvements, and process reengineering, automation and cutting-edge technology platforms. To drive this, Infosys BPM, as a strategic partner, identifies the core issue faced by the client and provides them with a solution by deploying most relevant professionals such as business translators, program owners, data developers, data engineers, data scientists, insight developers and visualizers, recommend outcome specialists, reporting analysts, and automation experts. We have consistently ranked among the leading BPM companies and have received 60 awards and recognitions in the last 5 years, from key industry bodies and associations like the Outsourcing Center, SSON, and GSA, among others. In Australia, we had won a prestigious SSON award for creative talent management and development.
