Infosys BPM has been recognized by several institutions. We are associated with a few industries and regulatory bodies, which enables us to keep our employees current and ensures the service delivery compliance to our clients. We won a prestigious award organized by Indian Society for Quality (ISQ) on 7th June’2019 at Gurugram. We competed with service and manufacturing organizations such as Wipro, HDFC Life, Indus Tower, Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, etc.
At Infosys BPM, we believe in actively contributing to the Corporate Social Responsibilities of the organization. Our employees’ participation in supporting local communities, non-profit organization and fund-raising for social cause has been incredible over the past years. For the last 4 years we have been participating in a fund-raising event “Australia’s Biggest Morning tea” to support cancer research for Cancer Council Australia. Every X-mas festive season we partner with NSW Foodbank, a not-for-profit organization who distributes food to the homeless. We collectively donate non-perishable food items as a part of Christmas Wishing tree.
We have also participated in causes such as “World’s Greatest Shave” supporting Leukemia Foundation, “Fiver for a Farmer” fund raising event during drought season in 2018 and during natural disaster such as bush fire in 2019/20.
Our engagement on CSR activities alongside supporting the local community, its people, culture and heritage, also is a platform for team building and employee engagement.
