“In the highly competitive apparel industry, in which we operate, managing orders and shipments can be a daunting task, requiring a significant investment of time and effort from our Merchandisers across the ASEAN region. Infosys has been a strategic partner of ours since 2018, initially helping us in establishing a new operating model and subsequently setting up an offshore shared services centre to support order management, enabling our Merchandisers to focus on their core business activities with suppliers and clients. Over the past 5 years, Infosys has not just ensured smoother operations, but also brought in process improvements including moving from a dedicated resource pool by brand model to an activity-based model for better load balancing and resource utilisation.
