Infosys BPM recognized as a Leader in NelsonHall’s NEAT report for HR transformation services, 2026

NelsonHall’s research highlights that the advancement of AI is driving significant executive attention and investment in the HR transformation services market. In its NEAT Vendor Evaluation 2026, NelsonHall notes that organizations are leveraging AI not only to support organizational change across the whole workforce, but also inherently change HR operations.

Given this shift, Infosys is investing in AI-first HR operations by blending ML and GenAI tools. Beyond building AI-first capabilities, its approach focuses on delivering more persona-based employee experiences, powered by HR platforms and platform-agnostic delivery models.

Reflecting these strengths, NelsonHall has positioned Infosys BPM as a Leader in the Overall market segment for HR Transformation Services, as shown in the NEAT chart below.

This recognition underscores Infosys BPM’s overall ability to meet future client requirements as well as delivering immediate benefits to its HR transformation clients, relative to its peers.

Key highlights from the report

The NEAT tool analyzed the performance of 10 vendors offering HR transformation services. In its analysis of Infosys BPM, NelsonHall highlighted the following strengths:

  • HR proprietary tools, including Infosys Wingspan, Infosys Orbit, and Infosys LaunchPad, supporting digital AI and GenAI transformations
  • Capability to support large domestic organizations, with a strong presence in the U.S. and the U.K.
  • Strong focus on delivering operational savings and organizational learning approaches to support greater automation and improve efficiencies with data and analytics
  • Offers a comprehensive portfolio of HR outsourcing solutions, including recruitment and learning. It leverages its consult-to-operate model and spans the hire-to-retire cycle, including strategy, deployment, application management, and HR delivery transformation services
  • The financial strength of Infosys as a company can support further investments to fuel its growth, including acquisitions and amortizing up-front contract costs where required.
  • With its large BPM client base, Infosys has significant opportunities to cross-sell HR services to its existing BPM client base.

“Infosys was identified as a Leader in HR transformation based on its end-to-end HR outsourcing offering, enhanced by proprietary AI/GenAI platforms and backed by the company’s financial scale, enabling digital transformation and automation across a large global client base.”
