Infosys positioned as a leader in ISG Provider Lens® Finance and Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) services global 2026 study
According to research and analysis presented in the ISG Provider Lens® 2026 – FAO services report, the FAO market is at an inflection point as AI-enabled finance is shifting FAO from process efficiency to enterprise value. The report further states that buyers increasingly want providers accountable for business outcomes, not activity volumes.
Reflecting this market reality, the study analyzed relevant service providers, comparing their strengths, challenges and competitive differentiators in FAO, across four service/solution quadrants:
- Invoice to Pay (I2P)
- Order to Cash (O2C)
- R2R & Tax Services
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
In its evaluation of Infosys, ISG has positioned Infosys as a Leader, Global in its research report across all the above four quadrants.
The report assessed 33 service providers based on the depth of their F&A service offerings and market presence, including their strategy and vision; innovation; brand awareness and presence in the market; sales and partner landscape; breadth and depth of the portfolio of services offered; and technology advancements.
