Infosys positioned as a Leader in ISG Provider Lens™ Global Capability Center (GCC) Services 2026 Global study

 

Infosys has been recognized as a Leader, Global in the 2026 ISG Provider Lens® Global Capability Center (GCC) Services study across both market segments (quadrants), namely:

  • GCC Design and Setup – The quadrant in which ISG assesses service providers that enable enterprises to design, establish and operationalize new GCCs.
  • GCC Optimization and Enhancement – The quadrant in which ISG evaluates service providers that help enterprises scale, modernize and transform existing GCCs into globally integrated, AI-enabled business platforms.

The research report compares service provider strengths and competitive differentiators in the GCC ecosystem. The study assessed 48 providers, of which 34 qualified for both quadrants.
