Infosys recognized as a leader in ISG provider lens™ procurement services 2026 Study

The insights from the latest ISG Provider Lens® Quadrant research reveal that the procurement service market is shifting from digitalized workflows to governed autonomy.

Beyond task automation, procurement is moving toward AI-assisted execution that is visible, auditable and tied to business outcomes, such as improved resilience, superior risk management, cash optimization and ESG.

Highlighting prominent trends in procurement services, the report notes that service providers’ trajectory is consistent: modular, cloud-native services that strategically combine consulting-led capabilities, platform enablement and managed execution, with AI as an amplifier, not the offer itself.

Reflecting these market shifts and provider capabilities, ISG has positioned Infosys BPM as a Leader, Global in the 2026 ISG Procurement Services Provider Lens™ (IPL) study across all the following three market segments or services quadrants:

  1. Procurement Operations Modernization Services
  2. Strategic Sourcing and Category Management Services
