Steve brings more than 25 years of experience to his role as Research Director in the core supply chain
group focused on the consumer products industry for value chain services. Prior to AMR Research, Steve held roles
in corporate sales, sales management, market strategy and planning, process improvement, and operations for leading
Prior to AMR Research, Steve was the Associate Director, Market Strategy and Planning, P&G. Earlier, he worked
with Gillette as the Director of Business Process Improvement.
Steve received his BS in Marketing and a minor in Economics from Northern Illinois University and his executive MBA
from the Fogelman School of Business, University of Memphis.
Navin is the Product Head at Product Incubation and Engineering. He is also responsible for competency
development and has nurtured this product line from scratch. He has more than 14 years of experience and specializes
in retail/CPG enterprise functions. He has rich knowledge of application and product development - concept to
realization, data warehousing and business intelligence
Prior to Infosys, Navin was the co-founder and director of a start-up that focused on building performance management
products for the retail and CPG industry. He has handled consulting responsibilities and has worked in multiple
engagements from solutions consulting to team and program leadership.
