Anantha is a key member of the Infosys BPO Executive Council, setting the business strategy and direction. The strategic platforms and BPO Technology Unit headed by Anantha focuses on driving transformational value to clients through innovative service delivery models. He also heads a core team focused on Leveraging Technology as a key differentiator.
Anantha has participated in speaker panels at the India Sourcing Summit and FAO Today conferences and talked about the value of technology-led differentiation in BPO and the next-generation BPO. He has participated in a CNBC panel discussion on 'Optimizing Business Processes’. He was a panelist on the Reuters Investment Summit.
Helen is accountable for the HR Strategy and Operations for all Sainsburys supermarkets - delivering HR services to 150,000 employees in over 800 stores in the U.K. Prior to joining Sainsburys in January 2006, she was head of HR Services at Marks & Spencer. Helen also held senior positions at Morrisons, Asda and Norwich Union.
Satya has over 15 years of experience in HRIT consulting, product development and program management across several countries. He puts to use his deep understanding of HR solutions landscape in large multinational corporations to help clients find solutions for complex HRIT challenges. He does it by facilitating strategy definition, finding the right technologies, and then designing and overseeing appropriate delivery programs to realize them.
Satya also draws upon his experience in other enterprise-class applications and deep understanding of business models across different industry segments to contribute to cross-functional solution definition and change management initiatives. His keen interests include HCM technologies, HR outsourcing, and newer developments in the area of talent management.
Hari has over 13 years of experience in business consulting, product management and implementing extended enterprise strategies to achieve business transformation through process and technology innovation. He has worked with several Fortune 500 clients in implementing HR Transformation programs to address complex HR challenges using innovative service delivery models, leveraging technology and business process excellence.
Hari heads a cross-functional team at Infosys that builds business platforms and integrated ITO/ BPO convergence solutions to deliver managed services solutions to organizations.
