Rajiv Raghunandan, Strategic Business Practice Head – HRO, and Sales and Fulfillment, Infosys BPO
Rajiv joined Infosys in 2002, and currently heads the HRO and Sales and Fulfillment (S&F) practice. Both practices span over 4000 resources across five global delivery centers. He is part of the leadership team at Infosys BPO and has been integral to the company's growing portfolio that includes enterprise services, industry verticals, and transformation capabilities. During the past nine years, Rajiv has held key roles across sales, solution design, transition, operations, and transformation.
Rajiv holds a bachelor's degree in accounting, a graduate degree in cost and management accounting, as well as a post graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Vijai Kumar Balachandra, Geo Business Manager EMEA – Infosys BPO
Vijai has over 10 years of experience in services outsourcing across software, IT infrastructure, and BPO. He has designed and optimized service models across order-to-cash and hire-to-retire processes through value stream analysis, risk-fit and technology tools. He is based in the Infosys Proximity Delivery Centre in London, and works with HR and finance executives of Infosys clients in Europe to build their shared services roadmap, and redesign processes and systems.
Vijai holds an MBA in marketing and finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and has a graduate degree in electronics engineering from the University of Bangalore. He is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) and CIISA (information security auditor).

Ruud van Galen, Geo Business Manager – Benelux, Infosys BPO
Ruud is the senior practice engagement manager for the HR outsourcing market in Europe. He is based out of Infosys BPO Centre in the Netherlands, and in his current role he is responsible for client partnership and business development in HR services. Ruud works with HR and finance executives of various multinationals in Europe to build their HR roadmap and prepare them for the future of BPO. Recently, he completed a post-doctoral course in sales and account leadership at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
