Marco Navarro has over 20 years of IT experience across industries. He has worked with customers across banking, retail, manufacturing and telecommunications sectors. He has helped improve business processes through technology and a consultative selling approach. Prior to joining Infosys, Marco worked in companies such as KPMG and IBM. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Mexico, and post-graduate degrees in Business and Telecommunications from the ITESM (Tec de Monterrey).
Rafael Zendejas has 19 years of experience in customer service and operations management. He has led large retail and banking business process teams. He brings facilities, security and sourcing management experience. Prior to joining Infosys, he led teams with over 400 employees and portfolios valued at more than $2 billion. He has worked in Santander, GE, ADT Security Services, Banorte, Zurich Insurance Co., and American Express. Rafael has a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. Over the last six years, Rafael's process re-engineering and project management expertise has resulted in operational savings of over $5 million.
Harris Fogel is responsible for Quofore's North American operations which he launched in January, 2006. Over the past 20 years, he has worked with consumer product companies improving their sales and marketing processes through technology. He is involved in multiple industry initiatives and serves as the Chairman of the Grocery Manufacturers of America's Associate Member Council. Prior to joining Quofore, he co-founded CAS Americas where he worked closely with companies including Kraft, Campbell Soup, J&J, and Del Monte Foods. Prior to CAS, he held a several sales management and consulting positions at Procter & Gamble, Accenture and Sales Technologies. He has held Account Manager and Sales Technology Manager positions. He has also led large scale CRM/ Sales Automation implementation projects, and CPG sales initiatives. Harris holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Georgia.
Humberto Andrade has over 15 years of experience in management, strategy and marketing intelligence consultancy services. He joined Infosys in 2005 as Principal Consultant within the Strategic Global Sourcing unit, the group that manages and helps closing long term and strategic deals. He spearheaded the Deal Consultants Relationship Management program for a few years, before moving to Infosys BPO as Head of Sales and Client Services in Latin America. He holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at The University of New Hampshire.
