Rajiv Kumar Gupta, Practice Engagement Manager – Sourcing and Procurement BPO practice, and Geo Business Lead – Americas, Infosys BPO
Rajiv Kumar Gupta is a seasoned expert in global sourcing and procurement transformation – with experience across spend management, global sourcing, procurement BPO and technology-led platform BPO as well as across multiple industry verticals.
Rajiv heads the Sourcing and Procurement BPO practice at Infosys BPO, in addition to serving as the geo business lead responsible for the Americas region, working out of New York. Rajiv is responsible for leading client partnership, blueprinting solutions, and outsourcing solution architecting activities in the region. He also leads the global marketing and branding efforts around Sourcing and Procurement BPO practice.
Rajiv holds a bachelor's degree in chemical technology. He also earned an executive master's degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management, India.
