Infosys BPO wins awards at the National Quality Excellence Awards 2014
Infosys BPO won two awards at the National Quality Excellence Awards held in Mumbai on February. 14, 2014. It was recognized in the categories of Best Business Process Excellence Program and Best Process Improvement Project.
The National Quality Excellence Awards are instituted to encourage more organizations to adopt quality management principles. The Best Business Process Excellence Program award recognizes the vision, business impact, and sustainability of mature business process excellence programs. The Best Process Improvement Project award recognizes improvement projects that have contributed to organizational objectives, sustainability, and innovation.
