Infosys McCamish wins Customer Service Award at PegaWORLD 2014
Infosys McCamish won Pega’s Customer Service Award for its work in developing and deploying VPAS® CSWD (Customer Service Work Desk). The award was conferred on June 10 at a reception in Washington, D.C. Awards in the Customer Service category were announced by Pega this year for the first time.

It provides a unique and powerful web-based customer service platform designed specifically for the life and annuity industry. VPAS® CSWD has become a key differentiator and played a major role in two new recent client wins.
