Senior Vice President and Business Head – High Technology, Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, and Logistics, Infosys BPM

Sanjay is the Senior Vice President and Business Head for High Technology, Manufacturing, and Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Logistics (HMRCL) verticals. As a member of the Executive Council, he also participates in the formulation and deployment of business strategy for Infosys BPM.

Sanjay has been in the BPM industry for over 25 years, working with clients across a diverse range of industries. At Infosys BPM, Sanjay helped transition the HMRCL business unit to a new service line-based structure, enabling it to better leverage the organisation’s capabilities, solutions, and expertise, to serve clients. Prior to joining Infosys BPM in 2018, Sanjay handled many diverse client portfolios and built solid and lasting relationships with key clients across various industries, in his previous roles. Sanjay is passionate about creating long-lasting strategic partnerships with clients, creating innovative solutions for clients’ challenges, and building a strong, competent, and diverse organisation with an inclusive culture.

Sanjay is a certified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India (ICAI).
