The Procurement Centre of Excellence (PCoE) aims to create, enhance and demonstrate capabilities in procurement transactions.
The PCoE was set up to:
Demonstrate:- Our S&P practice can provide and handle global end-to-end procurement services
- People capability by developing knowledge and best practices
- Service capability by sharing of practices, and oversee their adoption (where relevant) enhancing service capabilities, where these are inadequate or do not exist
- solution designers to provide information regarding procurement capabilities and assist in its demonstration
- aspirants learners to enhance knowledge
