Who we are
We operate across 3 locations in The Netherlands – Eindhoven, Utrecht and Amersfoort with a dedicated workforce of over 1400 members providing competitive cost base and positive work-life balance.
Established in January 2013, we offer Finance and Accounting, Human Resource Admin, Customer Services, Center of Excellence (CoE) for Insurance & pension related services. The latest addition to our Dutch portfolio is the largest mortgage service provider of the Benelux with Stater.
Infosys completed a strategic partnership with ABN AMRO in the Netherlands by acquiring 75% of the shareholding of their mortgage administration service provider Stater N.V. in 2019. We also support onshore/near shore services of The Benelux & Germany region.
Infosys BPM is known for delivering intuitive customer experience through a core focus on the customer journey. Through our People, Capability, Integrity and Innovation we have established a reputation for excellent customer experience.

At Infosys Netherlands, we believe in a proactive approach. The equality and openness of the Dutch society reflects in the business structure. Working from home for a few days in a week is a way of life here. As in the Dutch culture, we are all fond of meetings and we believe in planning these meetings in advance to ensure that the process is result-oriented. - Due to the fact that The Netherlands is situated in the center of Europe and is open to the international culture, we are able to offer diverse language skills. Besides Dutch and English, a major segment of our employees adds at least one other language ranging from German, French or Spanish to Arabic and Turkish.
- 40% of our employees are women.
- To reduce plastic waste, we use bamboo and recycled paper cups on the campus.
