Who we are
Established in January 2013, we have a wide range of services including Finance and Accounting, Human Resource Admin, Customer Services and a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Insurance and Pension related services. We have a wide variety of customers from well-known labels.
We operate across 2 locations in the Netherlands – Amersfoort and Eindhoven, with a dedicated workforce of – 150 members, offering a competitive cost base and fostering a positive work-life balance.

We offer our services in different languages. In addition to Dutch and English, many of our employees speak languages such as German, French, Spanish, Arabic and Turkish.
Over 56% of our employees are women, 44% are men. There is a wide variety of employees coming from different backgrounds and with different years of service.
Sustainability is very important to us. To minimize plastic waste, we use reusable glassware.
To engage in celebrating the team spirit, we often organize Townhall meetings at both of our locations, where employees can indulge in fun activities and enjoy deliciously catered food while socializing with each other.
Since we stimulate our employees to also work remotely, we also organize fun online activities such as virtual happy hours.
