Infosys BPM inaugurated its first Latin American Delivery Center in 2007 in Monterrey, Mexico. In 2013, the Operation was expanded to Mexico City. Infosys Mexico operates under a hybrid model, offering solutions with the combined specialties of BPM and ITO.
Infosys Mexico proudly serves more than 50 Clients, with a strong workforce of 500+ qualified professionals including more than 200 specialists in BPM Services.
Our key BPM service offerings include Customer Service, Finance and Accounting, Sourcing & Procurement, Sales and Fulfilment, across industries like, Mining, Technology, Telecom, Consumer Goods and Manufacturing.
