Infosys BPM Aguadilla office is located in the city of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on the northwestern tip of the island. The region, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean, is renowned for some of the most beautiful beaches and scenic landscapes in the Caribbean.
We established our operations in Aguadilla on November 1, 2013, specializing in order management for Aerospace & Defense sector along with provider data management, medical necessity determination, and customer service for healthcare industry.
Our team comprises a pool of highly qualified and competitive workforce of over 800 professionals, including more than 50 Puerto Rico registered nurses, providing Utilization Management services to our clients.
Infosys Aguadilla delivery center is a promising regional hub for Infosys and a center of excellence for healthcare industry. We continue to deliver enhanced business value to clients across multiple industries, including Aerospace, Telecommunications, Insurance, Healthcare, and U.S. government sectors.
