Who we are
Infosys BPM set up its first US delivery Center in Atlanta, GA in 2009. Over the last decade, our endeavor has been to grow, stabilize and consolidate our clients’ businesses through our innovative solutions and delivery excellence. To cater our clients better, we have spread our presence to four delivery centers located in Atlanta, GA; Des Moines, IA; Phoenix, AZ and Indianapolis, IN along with sizable Co- presence at multiple Client locations. We are known for resilient operations, harnessing local skills, continually upskilling our workforce and deliver 4Es - effectiveness, efficiency, experience and empathy to our Clients.
Over the years, our talented team here have been delivering outstanding performance and seamless customer experience in the areas of customer service & experience, sales & fulfillment, sourcing & procurement, human resource outsourcing and digital transformation services. Our goal is to help Clients ‘Navigate their next’ in their digital journey.

We have a strong workforce of 2000+ professionals in the US, bringing in the Infosys Core Value of C-LIFE to our Clients. Our employee engagement follows the principle of 4H - Head and Heart quotients, Health and Happiness.
We target experienced professionals as well as recent graduates from major universities and colleges to create a strong local workforce. We are excited to prepare the workforce for the 21st-century careers by leveraging the training and reskilling programs we have built with our partners. We have launched Reskill and Restart platform that we believe will play a crucial role in hiring local talent.
Infosys works very closely with the community through our Infosys Foundation USA. The Foundation partners with leading non-profit organizations on various initiatives.
