Who we are
Infosys BPM established its operations in Parramatta, Sydney in June 2015. Today, we host close to 150 talented professionals, who are living the Infosys values and delivering a world class service to their clients in an excellent and conducive environment.
The Centre hosts the Shared Services for key departments of the State Government of NSW (New South Wales) and delivers Finance and Accounting, Tax administration and HR related services to nearly 15000 employees of the State government across key agencies, like Department of Premier and Cabinet, Treasury, Service NSW (the arm that deals with citizens), Department of Customer Service. We also provide Finance and Accounting services to TAFE NSW and Contact Centre services to clients including the state government.
The teams manage extremely complex financial transactions for the State and work in close collaboration with their clients including working out of their offices during critical periods or for high visibility projects. We successfully supported the state through a major Machinery of Government Change, post the 2019 NSW State elections. The team manages challenging and complex assets and close the books for the state running into billions of dollars, on the people side Infosys is responsible for ensuring that complex Awards and entitlements are processed in a timely and accurate manner to ensure employees are paid right and on time.

Infosys BPM Parramatta is a small, yet vibrant Centre and the constant endeavor is to provide employees with the right tools to execute their deliverables and give them a good work life balance.
We constantly encourage our staff to keep themselves skilled and upskilled. The work culture is predominantly based on two aspects-

Employees are also provided great visibility and transparency into the client relationship and strategy as that has a direct impact on staff, this is to ensure that at all times the organization, the employees and the deliverable is calibrated with the client.
