Steve Mariotti
Chief Internal Auditor, Infosys BPM
Steve is currently the Global Chief Internal Auditor for the retirement services and personal investor engagement at Infosys BPM and is responsible for leading the independent internal audit function. Previously, he was also the Global Chief Risk Officer for the retirement services engagement.
Prior to his current role, he was with the Financial Services office of Ernst and Young’s Advisory and Consulting practice, where he focused on risk, internal audit, and compliance controls. Steve has more than 25 years of experience in financial services. At EY, he used to advise clients on numerous aspects of risk, internal audit, compliance & internal controls, including risk and compliance strategies, controls assurance, AI testing, Internal audit methodology/execution, transformation, business continuity, remediation of regulatory issues, and issues relating to IA professional practices. He was the agile lead and co-developed the current framework for agile auditing for EY.
Prior to EY, Steve was at a large international bank where he was the Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) for the US and a member of the executive committee. In this role, he played the role of the primary contact for regulators (SEC, FINRA, DOL, FDIC, NY State, IRS, and Fed). Steve holds an executive master’s degree from Villanova University and an accounting degree from St. Joseph’s University.
Steve currently resides in Garnet Valley, PA, with his family.
Sam Ebenezer
Head – Risk and Compliance Services
Sam brings over 22 years of global experience in financial services, operations, and compliance leadership. He currently heads Risk and Compliance service at Infosys, driving governance excellence, regulatory alignment, and operational resilience across industries.
Sam began his career in Bangalore, India, within the financial services domain, before taking on senior leadership roles in Latin America and the United States. Over a decade in Mexico and Costa Rica, he established and scaled Infosys’ regional service centers—serving as Country Head for Costa Rica, where he built a high-performing hub supporting global clients in compliance and operations transformation. In subsequent positions in Texas and now Malvern, Pennsylvania, he has been leading strategic initiatives to strengthen Infosys’ compliance delivery model and service offering footprint, as well as to integrate technology, analytics, and global governance frameworks.
With a master’s degree in human resources and a commerce graduation from Bangalore University, Sam combines business acumen with a people-first leadership approach. Known for his collaborative style and cross-cultural expertise, he continues to shape Infosys’ global compliance strategy.
Outside work, he enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and engaging in intriguing conversations. He resides in Pennsylvania with his family.
