The Infosys BPM Hangzhou Delivery Center began operations in May 2006, and provides data and voice services in over 13 languages, servicing 10 multinational clients, including five of the Fortune 500 companies.
It also nurtures two centers of excellence: sales and fulfillment and finance and accounting. These centers help build domain expertize that enables the workforce to provide superior service to our clients.
Our service offerings include Order-to-Cash, Finance and Accounting, Sourcing and Procurement, Master Data Management, Trade Promotions Management, Customer Service (Voice) and IT Help Desk (Voice), Knowledge Services such as Sector and Corporate Research Analysis, and Project Management Services.
