Expediting taxing efforts using data visualization
The client, a Government agency, had more than 775k deductors who had an outstanding late payment fee with the default amount standing over $788 Mn. Infosys BPM partnered with the client to deploy data monitoring and visualization solutions that resulted in significant improvements in the default recovery process. Overall, nearly 19% of the original outstanding amount amounting to around $150 Mn was recovered within the specified deadline, resulting in the reduction of the net default by over $140.6 Mn.
