Improving Fraud Detection For A Global Travel Food Retailer Through Standardized Data Analysis
Infosys BPM worked with a global catering and food retailer to develop an analytics solution to detect and control employee fraud. Our analytics solution employed efficient data analysis techniques and used a Center of Excellence (CoE) concept to deploy best practices across the client’s business globally. This helped with 5% higher employee fraud detection than previously detected and convert about 70% of the fraud cases identified in corrective action.
