  • Business operations and digital transformation support: Infosys is a strategic partner to a leading brokerage firm with operations spanning trading, custody, middle and back office, and transformation platforms. Following an acquisition, increased market volumes, and internal restructuring, the client faced significant operational challenges. Infosys conducted an automation and right-sourcing assessment to digitalize key processes. As a result, ~80% of inbound bank wires were processed touch-free, new account verifications rose by 52%, and manual effort in account opening and maintenance was reduced by 67%.
  • Regional standardization and harmonization of ETD operations: For our client, a global investment bank, regional disparities in derivative operations trade, confirmation, CSG, CCM, and clearing were leading to inefficiencies. Infosys consolidated the bank’s derivative operations across geographies from offshore. We managed to deliver productivity improvements through transformation projects and improved right-first-time allocations to above 99%.
